Responsible to: Operations Director
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Based at Perkin House, Bradford 1 (covering Bradford District & Craven)

Purpose of the post:
To lead and manage the insight, data and learning function for the VCS Alliance; to ensure its work, and that of its delivery partners, is founded on good insight and that the impact of learning from all our work is clearly understood by a wide range of audiences across the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership system.

Stage 2: Eligibility and shortlisting
Your application will be assessed om relation to the job description and personal specification; if you are unsuccessful you will be contacted by email, and we will provide feedback should you wish.
Stage 3: Interview
If you are successful at stage 2 you will be invited for interview, this will be face to face and the venue will be confirmed in your interview invitation.
Stage 4: Conditional Offer and Pre-employment checks
If you are successful at interview you will be sent a conditional offer of employment, along with information about the next steps. A final offer of employment is conditional upon satisfactory re-employment checks, including a DBS check and references.
Stage 5: Final offer of Role:
Upon completion of the above you will receive your formal offer of employment.

At the VCS Alliance we are a key part of the Health and Care system across Bradford and Craven. We create opportunities for the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) to co design innovative health creation solutions for individuals and communities.

- Inform themselves about the operational sectors within which the BVCSA operates, i.e., health
- Attend 75% of trustee meetings (approx every 4–8 weeks).
- Ensure the BVCSA is compliant with its objectives as defined in the articles of association.
Be an active member in our Finance or Performance and Contracting Committees.
Join us on our away day every year and commit around 50 hours per year in total.
