ABCD Round 2 2023
Grants will be awarded to those organisations that clearly show how they will meet the health priorities of the community partnership to which they apply, can demonstrate they are developing sustainable community assets, and are working towards improving the health and wellbeing of communities and individuals.
Awards: The size of grant awards varies across each community partnership.
Duration: 1-12 months. Delivery varies across each community partnership.

HPOC Participatory Grant Awards
The HPOC (Harnessing the Power of Communities) Steering Group of organisations are inviting applications from organisations across Bradford District and Craven . Applications must explain how they will target one or more of the following
thematic areas:
Gypsy and Traveller health
Roma Health
Black women’s health and pregnancy outcomes
Asylum seeker and migrant population health
Homelessness and health
Learning disabilities and health
The awards are open to applications for one off events, a series of events, pilot projects, match funding etc… all ideas will be considered.
Awards: £500 – £6000
Duration: Up to 1 calendar year
Delivery Areas: Bradford District and Craven
Deadline: TBC
