Grant Award Listings

Grants will be award­ed to those organ­i­sa­tions that clear­ly show how they will meet the health pri­or­i­ties of the com­mu­ni­ty part­ner­ship to which they apply, can demon­strate they are devel­op­ing sus­tain­able com­mu­ni­ty assets, and are work­ing towards improv­ing the health and well­be­ing of com­mu­ni­ties and individuals.

Awards: The size of grant awards varies across each com­mu­ni­ty part­ner­ship.
Dura­tion: 1–12 months. Deliv­ery varies across each com­mu­ni­ty part­ner­ship.
Deliv­ery Areas: Brad­ford Dis­trict and Craven
Dead­line: 23 Octo­ber 2023. 5pm

The HPOC (Har­ness­ing the Pow­er of Com­mu­ni­ties) Steer­ing Group of organ­i­sa­tions are invit­ing appli­ca­tions from organ­i­sa­tions across Brad­ford Dis­trict and Craven . Appli­ca­tions must explain how they will tar­get one or more of the fol­low­ing
the­mat­ic areas:

Gyp­sy and Trav­eller health
Roma Health
Black wom­en’s health and preg­nan­cy out­comes
Asy­lum seek­er and migrant pop­u­la­tion health
Home­less­ness and health
Learn­ing dis­abil­i­ties and health

The awards are open to appli­ca­tions for one off events, a series of events, pilot projects, match fund­ing etc… all ideas will be considered. 

Awards: £500 — £6000
Dura­tion: Up to 1 cal­en­dar year
