The Public Health Team have released local Children and Young People’s Health and Wellbeing Profiles for each Community Partnership. These contain an unprecedented level of data for each area which has never been made publically available before. These will be used by Community Partnerships to help to determine local priorities, but these can also be used by VCS organisations to support funding applications and organisational development.
