This is the second and final facilitated Planning Workshop for the VCS Diabetes Prevention Programme. Organisations still involved in planning are invited to attend.

This workshop will again be independently facilitated by Tracy Higgins, and the aim is to enable providers to help to finalise the shape the Programme Proposal.
