The Community Core Mental Health Service is Voluntary and Community Sector-led.
The service provides support in a community setting for people in the Bradford District with severe mental illness (SMI). Service users can be referred to one of the three different delivery partners:
- Inspired Neighbourhoods
- The Cellar Trust
- Bradford District and Craven Mind
The VCS Alliance is the Lead Accountable Body for this contract and hosts this system access point page.
The service exists to support people who cannot currently access statutory services or are transitioning between statutory and community support.
Other community-based VCSE-led services are available for people experiencing lower level mental ill health. Please visit www.healthyminds.services to see other provisions available in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale, and Craven.
