Post: Project Support Officer
Responsible to: Operations Director
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,500
Location: Based at Perkin House, Bradford 1

commencing: 15th & 22nd July 2024. 11:30PM


Basic Requirements of Post:
As part of this role you will be required to work and travel across the Bradford District and Craven. While the VCS Alliance supports hybrid working, there is an expectation that you will be in the office for at least two days per week.

Purpose of the Post:
To provide essential support to project leads to ensure effective delivery of our projects.
To provide general support to all our staff across the VCS Alliance to ensure our work can run smoothly and effectively.

  • Inform themselves about the operational sectors within which the BVCSA operates, i.e., health
  • Attend 75% of trustee meetings (approx every 4-8 weeks).
  • Ensure the BVCSA is compliant with its objectives as defined in the articles of association.
    Be an active member in our Finance or Performance and Contracting Committees.
    Join us on our away day every year and commit around 50 hours per year in total.
